Why Service Matters in Early Childhood Formation

Children learn fastest by doing. We guide them to notice needs, offer help, and celebrate small acts of care. This hands-on approach strengthens empathy, courage, and responsibility while anchoring the heart in Christlike love.

Kindness in Action Across Preschool, Before/After School, and Tutoring

From ages three to twelve, our programs give children daily chances to practice kindness—sharing materials, encouraging peers, and helping younger friends. Teachers model servant leadership during activities, snacks, homework help, and outdoor play.

Teaching Compassion Through Bible, Prayer, and Story

A Day in the Life at R.O.C.K. Club

R.O.C.K. Club in Radford, Virginia welcomes families throughout Montgomery and Pulaski counties with purposeful, Christ-centered care that energizes both hearts and minds. A day in the life at R.O.C.K. Club blends Bible lessons, play, and academics to create a rhythm that feels both structured and nurturing. Children are guided through activities that build confidence, encourage curiosity, and foster friendships, all while keeping Christ at the center of their day. Parents can feel at peace knowing that every moment—whether in the classroom, on the playground, or during prayer—contributes to their child’s growth spiritually, socially, and academically.

Morning Welcome & Christ-Centered Start

Children arrive bright and early—preschoolers between 7:00–8:15 a.m. and school age kids as early as 6:00 a.m. Regardless of the program, eager smiles greet staff who lead Bible lessons, snack time, and play in faith-filled surroundings.

Learning Through Bible, Literacy & Play

Classes flow with intentional variety: Bible lessons, literacy activities, and both indoor and outdoor play engage preschoolers. School age programs also weave in structured small group time to reinforce learning in a faith-based atmosphere.

Snack, Social Time & Spiritual Growth

Every day includes wholesome snacks that fuel both body and soul. Children soak in teaching through stories, worship, and scripture—nurturing spiritual growth as naturally as they grow physically.

Structured Small Groups & Kindergarten Readiness
