We are pleased that you are considering registering your child for one of our high-quality Christ-based child care programs at the R.O.C.K. Club. Compassion Radford’s R.O.C.K. Club has been trusted to provide Virginia families throughout all of Radford and Montgomery Counties with loving, faith-based care for over sixteen years. Our programs were designed to meet the individual developmental, academic, and spiritual needs of children from the ages of three to twelve.
Fee Scale & Payment Information
Payments are accepted in-person at the R.O.C.K. Club. We accept the following forms of payment:
Payment is due each Friday for the week that has just been completed (unless you have specifically made alternate arrangements that have been approved by the Director).
A one-week grace period will be provided following the due date to submit your payment. If your payment has not been received by the seventh day, your child will not be able to return. They may be able to return as soon as we receive your payment if the space is still available.
Fees are due and payable regardless of attendance. During each calendar year, each family is granted two weeks of vacation time during which you will not be required to pay your fee while on vacation. Please inform us of the dates of your vacation in advance so that we may give notification to and schedule our staff members appropriately.
If a check bounces, you will be assessed a $35.00 fee. If a second check is bounced, you will pay an additional fee of $35.00 and will only be allowed to pay in cash from that point forward.
